About Us

Founded by Dr. Albert H. Halff in 1950 in a one-room office, Halff has grown to a practice of more than 900 distinguished professionals offering services ranging from environmental assessments to multi-million dollar highway projects. Our services include: full-service engineering, surveying, environmental services, architecture, right of way acquisition, landscape architecture, planning, geographic information systems, construction management, subsurface utility engineering, public involvement and visual science and technology services.
