EECU is seeking a Systems Analyst – Mortgage Systems with proven experience in the mortgage industry to support, enhance, and optimize technology solutions. This position serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that systems robustly support loan origination processes. Responsibilities include aligning system functionality with business workflows and regulatory standards, supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations, as well as configuring, testing, and implementing mortgage-related systems and updates. The analyst will also identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and enhance user experience. Additional duties involve recommending workflow enhancements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and analyzing system data to inform business decisions and reporting requirements. Ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms is essential. Expertise in platforms such as Encompass, Blend, Polly, Velocify, and Medallia is highly desirable.
Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
