EECU is seeking a Systems Analyst – Retail Banking Systems with retail banking expertise to support and optimize technology solutions across branch, digital, and call center channels. This position collaborates closely with both business and IT teams to deliver systems that elevate member experience, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include configuration, testing, and implementation of retail banking systems, as well as facilitating enhancements, upgrades, and integrations. The role ensures alignment between systems and business processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Automation and system enhancements are recommended to further enrich both member and employee experiences. The analyst will also conduct data analysis to provide business insights and inform decision-making, maintaining data accuracy, reporting, and consistency across all platforms. Proficiency in platforms such as Symitar, MeridianLink, and TalkDesk is highly desirable.
Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
