Trinity Terrace is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) also called Life Plan community that has been serving Fort Worth seniors for more than 120 years. We are a not-for-profit, resident-centered organization. As such, we are continually reinvesting back into our community, expanding programs and services, and adding amenities that enhance residents’ lives.
We have the largest independent living apartments around, with amazing views of the Fort Worth Skyline and Trinity Park. Should residents need it, we also offer spacious Assisted Living apartments, a Memory Support Center, and a Medicare 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility with both in-patient and outpatient therapy. Residents and guests can choose from three restaurants on site and have access to a wealth of fitness, wellness, and lifestyle programs.
