- Maintain accurate documentation of residents' progress and any changes in their mental health status.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW or LCSW).
- Strong understanding of geriatric care and psychosocial interventions.
