Are you passionate about precision, compliance, and operational excellence? We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented leader to champion quality across our retail network. As the Financial Center Quality Assurance Supervisor, you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring our financial centers consistently deliver best-in-class service while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and operational standards.

In this role, you'll provide oversight of our Quality Assurance function and IRA/HSA portfolio—key areas that uphold EECU’s commitment to service integrity and member trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and key leader supporting the quality, compliance, and operational excellence of our financial centers.
  • Lead a specialized team responsible for auditing retail operations, verifying documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the integrity and servicing of the credit union’s IRA and HSA portfolios, including compliance with IRS regulations, tax reporting, and RMD disbursements.
  • Supervise the quality assurance audit process across all financial centers, including reviewing new account documentation, ChexSystems, OFAC screening, and proper verification protocols.
  • Mentor and coach the QA team and operations support staff, supporting their performance, development, and growth.
  • Provide real-time support and expert guidance to financial centers via video, phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Support risk mitigation through proactive audits, escalation management, and identifying and addressing process gaps.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and member inquiries related to IRA/HSA and serve as backup for the Courtesy Overdraft Program.
  • Collaborate with Retail Leadership and Training to drive operational consistency and continuous improvement through coaching and process refinement.
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including but not limited to BSA, AML, Reg CC, Reg E, and NCUA privacy requirements.
  • Attend and complete all required annual Bank Secrecy Act and compliance training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of financial industry experience with a strong understanding of retail operations and financial platforms.
  • Background in Quality Assurance preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented and compliance-driven, with a track record in process improvement and mentoring.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess data and identify trends.
  • Professional presence and the ability to influence across teams and functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • EECU will, in compliance with applicable laws, evaluate an applicant's credit history. Only applicants with good credit history will be considered for open positions. If offered a position with EECU, will have to clear background check including employment, criminal, and drug screen.

Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA.  Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
