Mike Coffey is an entrepreneur, human resources professional, licensed private investigator, and HR consultant.
In 1999, he created Imperative to deliver premium background checks with fast and friendly service to companies seeking to make data-driven decisions about the people they involve in their business.
Mike has been recognized as an Entrepreneur of Excellence by Fort Worth, Inc. magazine and has twice been named HR Professional of the Year. Additionally, Imperative is included in the prestigious Best Places to Work lists for both Fort Worth and Texas and was named the Texas state chamber of commerce’s small business of the year.
Mike maintains his certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Christina Elbitar is a dedicated entrepreneur and volunteer committed to enriching her community. A Fort Worth native, she graduated from the High School of Medical Professions at North Side and earned a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. Her corporate finance background has been instrumental in owning and managing several family-owned businesses, including Café Chadra, Inc., 1622 Park Place Properties, LLC, and NS Socios, LLC.

Christina oversees the daily operations of the beloved Lebanese restaurant she co-owns with her husband and executive chef, Nehme Elbitar. A staple in the Near Southside for over 20 years, Chadra Mezza is renowned for its award-winning Mediterranean cuisine and catering services.

Christina and Nehme continue to grow their ventures, including West Fork Grill, and Mezza South, a new event venue. At home, they cultivate an 8-care farm and cherish time with their young son, Liam.

I am the owner of Graze Craze Ft. Worth and Co-owner of Tx Black Belt Academy of Ft. Worth. I have been in business in Ft. Worth since 2011. I am married and have 3 adult children.
