The YMCA Welcomes Families and Youth to Healthy Kids Day on April 26th

Free and open to the public, this annual event features a day of fun-filled activities to celebrate kids being kids.
The YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth is hosting the Y’s annual Healthy Kids Day® on April 26 at various locations throughout North Texas and Tarrant County. Check your neighborhood Y or read below for times and activities.

This free, annual event features a variety of family-friendly activities to encourage healthy kids, healthy families, and a healthy start to the summer season.

Sponsored nationally by Peanuts, Healthy Kids Day’s mission is to prepare Texas families for a safe, healthy and fun summer. Some featured activities include music lessons, karaoke, class demos, eSports, youth Zumba, bounce houses, special discounts and more!
