Small Business Appreciation Walk

We are currently looking for volunteers to participate in the second annual Small Business Appreciation Walk. Please register if you're interested in being involved.

The Small Business Appreciation Walk will be held on Wednesday, May 7th. The purpose is to connect with 650 small businesses in Fort Worth and let them know how important they are to our business community. This event is in partnership with the City of Fort Worth Economic Development Department.

Your morning will begin at Casa Manana Theatre where you will gather with other volunteers to receive a brief training over light breakfast and coffee. We will have lists of businesses in the North, East, South, West, and Central Area Councils for your convenience. You will at that point receive a list of 5 businesses and be teamed up with another volunteer. You will also receive goodie bags to hand out while visiting your assigned businesses.

While we do consider this event a "business walk," please know you will need to drive to your list of assigned companies but should find your target businesses to be as walkable as possible.
