The FWC is excited to welcome United States Congressman, Marc Veasey to Leaders in Government presented by Kelly Hart and Hallman on October 6th at the Kimpton Harper Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth!
This luncheon-style program will feature remarks from Congressman Veasey followed by a Q&A session.
ABOUT CONGRESSMAN VEASEY
Congressman Veasey currently serves on two committees that are vital to our North Texas region - the Committee on Energy and Commerce and House Armed Services Committee.
Throughout his time in Congress, Rep. Veasey has “answered the call” from our region’s business and economic development leaders helping to foster growth and safeguard a healthy environment for economic opportunity.
The Congressman was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He and his wife Tonya live in the Metroplex and have a thirteen-year-son, Adam.
Rep. Veasey earned a BS from Texas Wesleyan University, where he majored in Mass Communication.
