Designed specifically for teenagers aged 13-18, this dynamic course will equip aspiring young actors with the skills and confidence needed to shine in front of the camera. Throughout the program, students will: -Master On-Camera Techniques: Learn the differences between stage and screen acting, focusing on subtle expressions, naturalistic performances, and working with various camera angles. -Develop Audition Skills: Gain practical experience with cold reads, self-tapes, and live auditions, receiving personalized feedback to enhance your auditioning prowess. -Explore Scene Study: Work on scenes from popular films and TV shows, collaborating with peers to analyze scripts, build character relationships, and deliver compelling performances. -Understand Industry Insights: Get insider knowledge about the film and television industry, including tips on navigating casting calls, working on set, and building a professional portfolio. -Create a Demo Reel: By the end of the course, each student will have the opportunity to compile a demo reel showcasing their best on-camera work, a valuable asset for future auditions and projects.
